This notice explains how Unity Painting LLC handles information submitted through this website.

Information you provide

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, preferred contact method, phone number or email, project city or ZIP, selected service, project description and inquiry consent. You may also provide a street address, project size, timeline, secondary contact details and property photographs.

How we use it

We use these details to review your project, contact you, prepare an estimate and manage related project communications and records. Inquiry consent covers communication about your request.

Project photographs

Photos are optional. The website may resize images before uploading them. Submitted photos are stored with the estimate workflow and may be attached to an internal notification email so we can review the project. Please avoid including people, private documents or sensitive details that are not needed to explain the work. Submitting photos for an estimate does not give us permission to use them in public marketing.

Service providers and access

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting, database and file-storage services. Estimate notifications use Resend and are sent to our business email account, which uses Zoho. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Unity Painting and people authorized to assist with the inquiry or project may access relevant information.

Technical information

Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs and delivery information to operate and protect the service. The website uses short-lived request counters derived from the network address to limit automated abuse. Platform services may use cookies or similar technologies; this notice does not claim that all platform-level tracking is absent.

Storage and retention

Estimate records, submitted photos and notification emails can remain in our systems for project administration, follow-up and recordkeeping. We have not established a single automatic deletion period for all records. Retention may depend on the project and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; we will review your request and explain any records we need to retain.
